- Video Footage: Game clips provided by families or sourced from approved platforms.
- Payment Information: Processed securely through third‑party provider (intandem by vcita). Ice IQ does not directly store credit card details.
How We Use Information
- To provide video clipping and one‑on‑one coaching sessions.
- To communicate with parents/players about scheduling, feedback, and billing.
- To improve our services and maintain quality.
- We do not share or sell personal information to outside parties.
- Video clips are used only for coaching unless parents/players give written permission for marketing or promotional use.
Data Protection
- All data is stored securely through Vcita database and accessible only to authorized staff/coaches.
- Parents/players may request deletion of their data or video clips at any time.
- Ice IQ complies with applicable privacy laws in Wyoming and across the United States.
Youth Privacy & Consent
- Players under 18 must have parental/guardian consent to participate.
- Parents/guardians control the release of video footage and personal information.

Terms and Services
Scheduling and Cancellations
- Sessions are scheduled directly through the Vcita client portal.
- Cancellations and rescheduling are handled by communicating with your coach and then updated through client portal.
- Ice IQ does not currently offer refunds for completed sessions.
Session Packs
- Prepaid session packs may be purchased and scheduled over time.
- Credits are tracked through client portal and are deducted after completed sessions
Service Limitations
- Coaching sessions are conducted online and focus on video analysis and mentorship.
- Ice IQ reserves the right to refuse service if terms are violated or if safety/privacy concerns arise.
